I need to find out if a company called William Claybourne & Associates exists. Johnson from this company calls me and demands a payment of $845.00 which he claims I owe them. I do not know of any such debt and any such company as he quoted. As soon as I ask him the name of the original creditor or even the details of the debt he hangs up. He shouts over the phone and threatens me with imprisonment if I don't pay. It seems very funny to me to hear all this because if it were so easy to collect money by threatening, the whole world would take up this alternative. If this company thinks people are foolish to believe whatever they say and pay up, they are in for a surprise. I definitely plan to take action against this agency after I find all details about the company.
