A man called George from Ross, Stuart & Dawson, Inc. called my employer asking for me. My employer gave me the call. I asked George not to call me at my workplace. He called again and spoke to my supervisor and disclosed the debt. He threatened me with wage garnishment. If he calls at home, can I record the calls? Will the calls be counted as an evidence for debt collection harassment? I belong to Colorado and would appreciate if someone could tell me about the debt harassment laws in Colorado.
