Prism Resolutions has been calling me and my family members about an check advancement company from 2007. I haven't heard from these people in 3 years and the later part of 2010 they decide to harrassment about payment. I've made a small payment on this old debt. The problem is they continue to charge payments on an old credit card even after I told them not to. I don't feel they document any of the calls that I've made. I've spoken with a Ms. Trudo and Mr. Walker. Mr. Walker is the first person I spoke to about payments. They have charged my OLD card twice. It took over 7 days to get the money refunded the first time. Now I'm waiting for another refund which quite honestly I feel Mr. Walker did not even attempt to process. I told them that I will sue them for continuously charging an unauthorized card. What else can I do?

These people have been calling no wait harassing me for a month. They told me I'd be receiving summons very soon. They called a friend on mine and disclosed my personal info. They even called her names when she refused to give info and asked them to stop calling repeatedly. I asked to speak to the supervisor and this guy I spoke to told me he was the top ranking employee available. They don't even have a website, give no response when ask for validation, nothing but threats. Now, their latest tactic is to tell me I'll receive the summons at work. This debt I'm talking about is on a very old credit card(2005), and not only have I made the payment on it I cancelled the card. Now how do I tackle these freaks?

They left a mumbled message about collections saying I need to speak to them asap or a decision will be made holding me non compliant?
I cannot find a single legit thing about their business online.
Not even a website.Though I did find out they collect on payday loans.I never had one.

Why make everything an outlet to vent for your own mistakes?Lets face it. You will be called if you owe debts. Why else would collection agencies have your number? Not for one person.Same goes for everybody. So, instead of crying over what they said to you, how they said it and when they said it, may be you all can pay up your bills and do yourself a favour. The minute you pay the calls will stop. At the core, debts are the start of the problem not the agencies.

"You will be called if you owe debts" uh huh OK.What if I dont? They can have the wrong person agreed. Why do they still call me when Im not the person they want. They asked to verify the last four digits of my SS number which I was refused downright. But the calls kept continuing for 4 months four freaking months!!!I finally gave in which was not the smartest thing to do.Now they have my SS number, they know I'm not the one, and Im still getting blank calls.DAMN YOU PRISM RESOLUTIONS.
Dont jump the line. The problem is with debt collectors who are looking to rob people. If its genuinely for people who owe its different.
"The minute you pay the calls will stop"
No dude thats not happening either. I've seen collectors take up part payments, give agreements that the debt is payed and its sold off to another agency. The problem's from both the sides and it doesnt end there.....

I would hate to break this to you Mr./Ms. "Suit yourself"...Not everyone owes money to these ass-holes. My daughter Cynde is a victim of identity theft. She has been fighting this since 2003. She never created any debt! She has also not lived with us since 1999. So how did they get our information/phone number? Prism Resolutions feels justified to disobey the law and harrass us constantly. Stating court affidavits and filing 1099 "E" 's with the IRS...which is against the law in our state. They are con-artists and thieves do not talk to these people on the phone, do not send them any money.

Yeah "suit yourself" doesnt know what he/she is talking. Probably works for Prism. I paid my debt in full and have proof of it. They are calling me for an unpaid credit card that I do not own. All I was told was that I was in it for a master card for about $10k.I dont even have the company card and the one that I have is not even active.Go figure. So theres no reason to call me. I was asked for the last digits of my SSN which I dont give on phone or without verification. When I told them I was not comfortable giving it the conversation turned nasty.Or should I say they turned nasty. Im in the process of reporting the whole thing.
