I have been receiving threat letters in the mail for quite some time now concerning a hospital bill. Peter Roberts & Associates, Inc. has threatened me with everything from destroying my credit score, to pressing charges since the beginning. Now listen, I know I owe money to those c***suckers at the hospital for looking at me for 5 f****** minutes, and telling me I was fine, doing nothing, and trying to charge me $1760.70... but frankly, I don't give a rat's ass. You can't squeeze water from a stone. I have no job. I have a wife and two kids to support. F*** THEM... end quote.

Peter Roberts DID destroy my credit score. I rec'd a bill from them. Went to their website on 3 different occasions, to try and make a payment and the website wouldn't accept my payment. My score dropped 70 points.

Its showing up as Peter Roberts on my caller ID.They spoke to my brother and stated that they are a friend of mine.They told him I owe them an amount.They refused to disclose any other information other than that!They keep calling several times everyday.I want to know why and when did I ever owe money.I called them up to ask the same, but there was no one at the other end and the line and there were only 'beeps'.Is this a scam?
