what is this about

you did not harrass me but my es inlaws of 80 years old I have also told the coumpany that this dept the bought is a false dept you had better investigate, through VERIZON they did not post a 50.00 dollar payment to my account which cleared the my bank so they cashed it. they also charged me 2 92.00 dollar charges for service never done. one of which the removed but not the other as promised, and they charged me 21.99 dollars for internet service that I canceled 3 months prior. so in my calculations you owe me. this is going to be turned over to the attorney generals office and my attorneys also know about this you can thank verizon for this mess and collect the dept from them.

I first wondered if I was getting phony calls. These people call me at all times of the day.On these particular days, 10th and 11th, they exactly demonstrated what harassment is, 1.45pm, 3 pm, 4.55pm, 6.20 pm, 7.15pm, 8.34pm. The first day I took the first three calls and explained patiently, that I only recently shifted to PA for a job and have lived in Windsor all my life. They ask for a person who had been living in my area, not even home.I considered blocking numbers/changing my number. But then the other day I took all their calls and recorded them.I informed them of it.Lets see....

I googled the number and knew its Penn Credit. They call and call saying I owe a debt about lots of books, but never send any written conformation.Sometimes, I pick up, but no one on the other end says anything.Isn't that a violation of the FDCPA?As far as I know I should be notified within 5 days of the primary notification. What's the point of collecting debt and not identifying?
