My name is Jason. I am being harassed by Northern California Collection Service Inc. The agency calls my girl friend at her office and asks about me. We used to work together in that office but I no longer work there. She informed the agency that I did not work there. Still they keep contacting her frequently. They even sent my debt information to her on email.

I get calls from Northern California Collection Service Inc. who claim that I have an account of $6000.00 pending to clear. Two people who call regularly are Janet and Carl. Apart from these two, there are at least four other callers who call and create nuisance over the phone. It is irritating to take these calls and go through their threatenings repeatedly. I have told them repeatedly that I do not hold the credit cards that they mentioned and that I could take legal action if they continued their calls. But they continue their calls. I have sent a cease and desist letter to them through certified mail.
