I recently got a call where I set up a monthly payment plan . At this point I received my notice saying that is would be automaticly having you guys withdrawn from my acct. My question is 1. will i get a notice after each months withdrawal ?
I Will it always be that time of the month ?

National Enterprise Systems agents have been calling me since January this year for a loan I took as a student. I get calls at least eight times a day. They also call me once a week at my work place. I asked them to stop the calls. They leave messages on my voice mail to call them back.

Why?why do these people have to call me at work every SINGLE day? What part of "I dont know who Philip Jagger" is dont they understand???

I have had the same problem. I've received multiple calls from them. They say I owe Bank of America more than 2000$, that wasn't paid in a lot of years.I told them I don't even own a credit card. They said I was lying and asked me my social security number for verification. I was not the person they wanted and I denied it.I also asked for the person's ID.Thats it.He hanged up.
I just saw that they have lawsuits against them, were sued by Ohio's attorney general and even had to pay up for FDCPA violations.
