I get calls from NCS, Inc. for one Percy Rhodes. I have told them repeatedly that this number did not belong to any Percy but they continue to call me on my cell phone and leave messages if I don't take the calls. They normally call once in the morning and once in the evening and ask for Percy. Sometimes they call and hang up but do not speak anything. Though they do not threaten or use abusive language I get disturbed and get nervous when I see their numbers.
