NACM Tampa Inc. agent called me for a debt and I sent the agency a Cease and Desist letter and an NOR letter. I have the return receipt signed at their office so I am sure that they received the letter. However, they have violated the letter and the FDCPA by calling even after the C&D letter. There are no other violations from them other than this.
