I have been recieving a post card from Midland Credit Management Collection. The credit numbers is 43377020 . However I have been laid off my job since March 13, 2009 and I have no successful in finding a job for the past months. I have no idea why I recieve this. I dont have any income and would need to remove and delete this account off from Credit Bureau. Thank you !!

A woman calls me repeatedly and identifies herself as an agent from Midland Credit Management. She calls from five different numbers, two to three times a day and at least three days a week. She does not leave any messages on the answering machine nor does she threaten me. However, when I ask to give her name for records, she hangs up.

My daughter is being harassed by Midland Credit Management debt collectors who call many times during day and in the late hours of the night. She is so terrified with these calls that she has stopped taking even our calls on home phone. She is getting paranoid with any telephone calls. She had to visit a psychiatrist for her fluctuating moods. Despite my wife and I, explaining her that we have contacted an attorney and that the calls have stopped after legal action has been pressed, she has not got over the terrible calls.

Midland Credit Management collectors call me every day and demand a payment that's not mine. There are two collectors who call regularly and shout over the phone. Their language is completely violent and they threaten me with serious results if I don't pay them. Its a serious crime on debt collectors' part to harass consumers for no fault of theirs. An awareness of the consumers' rights under the FDCPA can definitely help fight NCO collectors' scams.

Make sure you ask for the contract you signed and all the other validation of the debt as per your rights. Do this within 30 days of them sending you a bill in the mail. If they don't send it (they don't have the contract) you will win in court. Watch out for Pressler and Pressler who use Midland sometimes as a front. They also use New Century Financial Services Inc, Palisades, etc..

Midland credit management entered into an arrangement with me on the phone for payments. I didn't pay one payment as my husband went to the ER and I had a co payment. They called me to discuss and we did so. The account manager on my case said no problem. The very next day she called to ask again about the payment...

Ask them to send a debt validation letter which proves that you owe the money. If they dont, record the conversations and tell them you are to sue.Apparently they dont accept any certified mail. Be cautious.800-282-2644.This the number.

Purchasing credit from debtors and collecting agencies as well. I heard thats what they do.Of course, so do most debt collecting agencies, but Midland takes the freaking cake! If you are the victim(insert me in this case)they'll call and call and call and..well you get my point.The minute you hang up.."Ringgggg" again....without a gap for hours!Well, my only problem is I did have a debt and I cleared it way back in 2005 with my bank including receipts. If I'm still yet to pay, show me the proof?Don't harass me..Any,way I'll call them and ask about the weather today, tomorrow, next month, year, everyday until this stops.

These people seem to have a hearing problem. They are calling me on Sundays, in the mornings, evenings, whenever they feel like it.They are calling for a Ryan Jones.I told them its a matter of mismatch.I do not owe any debt.May be they don't believe me.Fine, let them go to voice mail forever.

I received a letter from Midland in May 2011.They said they are a debt collecting agency and offered a settlement on our car payments. I made three payments until now, that is two in July, and one in August. On August 20th I got a letter again stating they did not receive payments since July.????I've tried contacting them over and over, its been of no use. They are either transferring my call or keeping me on hold.I'm running around my bank to see if there's been a transaction problem or any such thing. I was totally concerned.Now I'm furious.
