An agent from K.C. Victor, Inc. calls on my home phone everyday. He demands an amount of $3,400.00 for an old debt allegedly on North Trust Bank. All my life I never had anything to do with this bank. I have accounts only in Bank of America for the last twenty five years and have nothing to do with any other bank. This agent calls me repeatedly even after the cease and desist letter I sent them. I visited many websites that suggest solutions to debt collection harassment and also contacted attorneys about the calls. This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I plan to sue the collection agency.
