Joseph Louis Vacca, Esq., agents have been calling me regularly for five weeks and have stopped suddenly. Until last week they called me four times a day on my mobile number. They even called my office numbers. I am clue less as to how they got my office numbers because I joined this office only a week back. Now I have started getting calls from another agency whose agent does not identify himself. The new agent calls from a toll free number. The new agency claims to collect on behalf of Citi Bank account. I have no idea as to how I should proceed now. Should I expect this agency to stop or go ahead with suing them? What are my rights with the previous agency that stopped calling me?
