Marcy from International Research Specialists, Inc. calls frequently and claims for a debt that I cleared long back. She does not send any validation letter. There is no meaningful disclosure when she calls and speaks. She only talks about a debt I owe and threatens me to pay what I don't even owe. I have asked her not to call my office and she stopped. She threatens to destroy my credit history. Has anyone got such calls from International Research Specialists, Inc. who can tell me how to handle this nuisance?
