My wife answered a call from Gmaks, Inc. and got into a payment agreement with the agency for $200.00 per month. I do not understand which debt it asked about but my wife committed to this payment. The good thing she did was not giving our bank account details inspite of their asking repeatedly. How should we handle the case now? Do we have to pay this amount every month? The debt is on a credit card that I own and my wife is not responsible for these debts.
