Delta Recovery Systems started calling me more than a month ago. They call almost every day, sometimes two to three times a day. As soon as I answer the phone they would just hang up. The debt collector finally spoke yesterday and confirmed that he was calling about a debt. The debt was for a medical bill of $234.00.

I have received serval calls from your service. The agents refuse to give me the mailing address to sent payment. Each rep has made me feel thearten. I don't understand why the agent have to make me feel that they will cause me to be homeless and not able to take care of my four chilldren. I am a single parent that has lost extra income. I am only able to pay $50 per month. The last agent raise her voice and made me feel that your organization is only carring for themselves and the poor has to be threaten. Please allow me to have the adress so I can pay $50 per month. That is all I can pay due to three of my kids are in daycare, I have rent, transportation, food, lights, water, and medication monthly for two of my kids. thanks
