I have never heard of Dabney & Dabney before, until three weeks back when I started getting calls from this collection agency. If anyone heard about this agency please share the knowledge with me. The call comes from a toll free number 800-6547382. The debt collector who calls, repeats the calls every alternate day. He does not call on Saturdays and Sundays though he does call at inconvenient times like late in the night. I have asked him to validate the debt he claims is mine. He has not called ever since that. Has anyone experienced such a thing? Can someone suggest an attorney who is experienced in handling debt cases?

There is no end to harassing calls from Dabney & Dabney who have made it their most important result area to call me. Whatever is the bonus they get out of calling, it must be a big amount to induce these collectors to talk so offensively over the phone. I wonder how these debt collectors stoop so low to attempt to collect a paltry amount of $75.00. I fail to understand what motivates them to call and ask for such an amount. The amount they might spend on their phone bills may be more than what they have to collect.
