I received a letter from Credit Management Control seeking a payment of $2398.00 immediately. The letter does not say how and who I owe this amount to. It is not even clear if I am the debtor the agency is looking for. I have not received any phone calls like many people who complain about.There is no abusive language in the letter. It is very official and businesslike listing the debt. Has anyone received such letters? How should I reply to such letters?
