Allied Interstate representatives call me from three different toll free numbers everyday. There is no regular time that they call me at. They even call at my office. Allied Interstate collectors threaten me for a payment of $23, 700.00 which they claim I owe on different cards. They even threaten to put a lien on my car and also garnish my wages. I have not incurred such debts on credit cards and my bills are paid up to date. The only pending bills that I have are this month's. I hate being harassed by the collection agency and I hate taking any more phone calls.

Debt collection has become a booming financial business in America. Debt collection agencies extract payments form innocent debtors who may fall into the trap of debt collectors and end up paying more than they owe or pay for an already paid debt. I too am a victim of such a harassment from Allied Interstate debt collectors. Allied Interstate collectors call me many times a day. Now I have lost count of how many times they call. I contacted an attorney and he advised me to maintain my cool and send a cease and desist letter to them. I sent them a proper cease and desist letter to them and this stopped their calls.

I have a credit card debt and I have a repayment plan of $250 per month. Suddenly I started getting calls from Allied Interstate that I have a debt to the tune of $14,000.00 and that I have to make big payments to close it. The callers were rude and did not listen to me. I tried explaining them about the creditors with whom I had an agreement about the payment plan. I have contacted an FDCPA attorney and he is taking care of the issue. I am writing this to warn people who are getting calls from Allied Interstate that there is no need to get frightened and that it would be better to get help from attorneys.

A lady from Allied Interstate calls me every day and leaves voice mail. The message says if I did not contact them for a pre legal debt of mine I would end up in legal battle. They have sent a debt validation letter which is not at all clear about what I owe. I cannot understand which account they have bought and from which creditor. I am paying a Citibank debt of $21,800.00. I don't even know if this validation is right and if I should work on a repayment plan with these debt collectors.

Allied Interstate debt collectors have been calling for several months asking for a person called Kathy who is my ex sister-in-law. Kathy has never lived with us but the callers insist that the number was Kathy's. The calls come from a toll free number. We have asked them to stop calling our number and to stop bothering about Kathy but they do not heed our request.

Allied Interstate collection company has been calling me up to ten times a day fro the last two – three weeks. I get calls from their representatives during weekends also. The callers do not identify themselves. They called me on my work phone but stopped when I asked them not to call. The callers' accent is foreign and difficult to understand. They do not have regard to my time and call any time of the day sometimes before eight in the morning and sometimes after 8 in the evening.

Allied Interstate agents call me every day in the night but not after 9pm. They do not speak or leave messages but hang up every time. They sent me a letter in July. They are trying to collect an amount of $452.11 on a Direct TV bill. But this bill is disputed and I want to inform them the same. This account is in dispute for one year and I have nothing to pay.

I received many calls from bill collectors from Allied Interstate, Inc. from a toll free number. They callers hang up and do not speak even if I take their calls. These collectors call even during weekends.

Allied sent me a letter about a debt. The debt that they are requesting payment on was paid over 6 years ago and I have the credit report that says that. When I called them not only could I not understand what the man was saying, but he could not get dates right or even my social security number!!! Then when I told him that the debt had been paid and that I have the report to prove it, he told me that they do not report to the credit bureaus, and that they reported me to some financial place that makes it so I can not get a bank account in my name. All this was done before they even talked to me!!!! Then he hung up on me!!!

I am being harassed by agents from Allied Interstate who pose as attorneys and are trying to bail me from a debt.I do not have any debt in the first place with any Allied or for that matter on any credit card. These calls are a nuisance to em. The persons calling behave as if they are being benevolent to a cause which they claim as my debts. I very well know these tactics. Allied Interstate is a debt collection agency that is known for its notoriety of troubling debtors and if they call and propose to help me, I am not dumb to believe them.

Allied harassed my 94 year old mother to tears every single day, twice or three times a day, for over a year. They wouldn't talk to her, left a message when she didn't pick up to call them back (hung up when she answered). But nor would they ask for anyone in particular or mention who they represented. Had to be a scam, just a fishing trip. Now NCO has taken over the calling, every morning promptly at 8 am the telephone rings three times. At least NCO doesn't leave an annoying message. But it is still a nuisance, for certain.

Don't know anything about them except I'm getting a lot of calls actually alternate calls between my cell and home number from Allied Interstate inc.
They've been calling multiple times everyday for weeks now.
But sometimes when I answer they don't talk.Why call then?Wasting my minutes.Telling me I am violating Federal laws and demanding me to make huge down payments.One time the person said he was a Federal agent.Yeah right.
I payed off all my student loans atleast 15 years ago.Now they call and for what?wonder what kind of operation I got going.I couldn't care less I'm ignoring the calls now.
