Adams Cooper & Marks called me for more than five weeks and have stopped suddenly. Until last week they called me four times a day on my mobile number. They even called on my extension in the office. I don't understand as to how they got hold of my office number because I joined this place a month ago. Now I have started getting calls from another agency which identifies itself as a sister concern of Adams Cooper & Marks. The number the new agency calls from is a toll free number. The new agency claims to be collecting on behalf of Discover account. I am at my wits end as to how I should proceed now. Do I wait for sometime to see if this agency stops or go ahead with legal action? What are my rights with the previous agency that stopped calling me?
